    技术美术(TA)主要负责创作以及精修美术资源,以确保所有美术及动画资源都是尽量优化、可用的,并能够担当起美术与程序沟通的桥梁,并作为保障美术管线运作流畅的关键点。除此之外,TA也需要根据设计者的需求,创作同时需要美术技巧和代码技巧的目标效果。 The technical artist is responsible for creating and refining art resources, ensures that art and animation are optimized by the use of technical processes, system and software, and acts as a bridge between artists and developers, a key contributor to ensure an efficient art pipeline. Besides, he is also responsible for creating desired visual effects requiring both art technic and scripting abilities. 要求: 对3dsmax和Maya深入了解 有制作及优化美术需要的脚本或插件的经验 游戏引擎使用经验(Unity3D/Unreal/CryEngine) 实际制作游戏特效的丰富经验 良好的shader语言知识,能够为Unity3D/Unreal 创作shader 熟悉FBX/Collada文件处理 熟悉3D实时渲染的渲染管线及各类渲染方式及光照模型 出色的审美水平 良好的沟通技巧 Requirements: Deep understanding of 3dsmax or Maya Scripting & plugging writing experience for art implementation and optimization Experience with game engine (U3D/UE). Experience with making efficient VFX for games. Good knowledge of shading language, ability to create shaders for U3D/UE; Familiar with FBX/Collada file format Familiar with 3d real-time rendering pipeline Excellent art sense Good communication skills
